OFF-SEASON PROGRAMS

  • Join Bears Track Club’s NXR and RunningLane Post-Season Program for middle and high school athletes dedicated to improving endurance, strength, and overall performance. Our program runs from Nov 3rd, 2025, to Dec 11th, 2025, with training sessions held three to four times a week: Monday, Thursday, and Saturday and an occasional fourth day at various locations in Monument, CO

    Practice Times:

    Monday/Thursday/Saturday (additional day to be announced later) @ Various Locations in Monument.

    3:30 pm - 5:15 pm (15 minute shorter due to sunlight)

    If your athlete is at a middle school that gets out at 3:30 pm we still wold love to have them out and we will have a middle school coach waiting at the meeting location to get them going. They will not miss anything as the athletes will go through stations first and then start the warm up

    Winter Training Calendar will be posted at end of October.

    Cost: $150 per athlete

    Features Include:

    • Professional coaching tailored to each athlete’s abilities.

    • Structured long runs, interval workouts, and strength training sessions.

    • Opportunities to prepare for and participate in time trials and different post season races.

  • Join Bears Track Club’s Winter Track Program for middle and high school athletes dedicated to improving endurance, strength, and overall performance. Our program runs from Dec 29th, 2025, to February 21st, 2025, with training sessions held three to four times a week: Monday, Thursday, and Saturday and an occasional fourth day at various locations in Monument, CO

    Practice Times:

    Monday/Thursday/Saturday (additional day to be announced later) @ Various Locations in Monument.

    3:30 pm - 5:30 pm

    Cost: $275 per athlete (Sibling discounts available). Scholarships are offered to ensure everyone has access to high-quality coaching.
