Winter Training 2026–27

November training after the CHSAA season through November 21 is free, with no winter purchase required. Winter registration is $225 for one athlete or $425 total for two siblings, including a December plan with Final Surge and eight coached weeks January 4–February 28.

Winter calendar and frequently asked questions

Training for 800m and longer events. January 4–February 28: 3–4 practices per week, with Monday confirmed and other days forthcoming. Weekdays generally 3:30–5:30 p.m., adjusted with daylight. No December group practices. Locations and practice times will be shared on SportsYou. Race entries, travel and UCCS admission are separate.
