Summer Off-Season Training Program (2 Athletes)

Join Bears Track Club’s Summer Off-Season Program for middle and high school athletes dedicated to improving endurance, strength, and overall performance for the upcoming cross country season.

Practice Times:

Monday/Thursday/Saturday (additional day added in July to be announced later) @ Various Locations in Monument.

8:00 am - 9:30 am

Summer Training Calendar will be posted in Mid-May.

Cost:

  • $220 for first athlete;

  • $130 for the second sibling (40% off),

  • If you would like to pay cash or check (Made out to Bears Track Club LLC); please print and sign off waiver and bring cash or check (Made out to Bears Track Club LLC) by the first practice.

• Professional coaching tailored to each athlete’s abilities.

• Structured long runs, interval workouts, and strength training sessions.

• Opportunities to prepare for and participate in summer races and other opportunities to prepare for fall xc season!
